LubeChat is their first platform that offers “on-demand” lubricants information via an intuitive and easy to use chatbot. Via LubeChat, aiming to enhance the current “Distributor Virtual Assistant” to deliver a more intuitive experience and drive benefits to distributors and end users nationally. The platform was developed after extensive testing in India and China to assess the interface and feature the platform’s prioritisation.
The platform features improvements to the search algorithm (support for misspelled words and word ordering), refinements and redesigned front-end user interface.
