Hyundai Construction Equipment India (P) Ltd, a major domestic supplier of excavators in India, showcased its technological prowess with their latest SMART Series of excavators during the EXCON exhibition at Bengaluru.
According to the company, “SMART series machines are the result of understanding the customer needs and preferences in Indian market, many value added features including fuel saving kit, improved operator comfort and reinforcement of high stress areas on the machines are added to enhance the operational efficiency and profitability of the customers.”
SMART is the acronym for Superior performance, low Maintenance, Analytical capabilities, enhanced Reliability and advanced Technology.
Hyundai Construction also launched 3 new excavators for Indian market, R480 LC-9S is the fuel efficient, reliable and safe solution for OB removal in coal mines, this 9 Series global offering from Hyundai Construction Equipment India would ensure operational efficiency and profitability for the mining contractors.
R140 W-9S, 14-tonne class wheeled excavator is the right solution for concrete laying while making the concrete roads. “Considering Government of India’s impetus on concrete roads, this product would create niche for itself at the market place and would offer a win-win solution to the customers and Hyundai,” said Sharwan Agnihotri, Head – Marketing, Hyundai Construction Equipment India Pvt Ltd.
He adds, “R140 L SMART is a new product designed after customer feedback and extensive research on their needs and preferences.” This machine is equipped with SMART features including Hi-Mate and 4-cylinder engine from Cummins.
Apart from the excavators, Hyundai Construction Equipment India also launched its unique remote management system Hi-Mate. This app-based technology feature enables customers to access machine control from the hand-held device and take informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
