RECKLI is a renowned player in the formliners and moulds business. Could you brief us about the business activities of RECKLI in India?
RECKLI GmbH is the world leader since 1968 in design and manufacture of elastic formliners and moulds and also various grades of liquid rubber for manufacture of such types of formliners and mould along with auxiliary products such as release agents, formliner adhesive, repair kits etc. RECKLI India is the sole selling partners of RECKLI in India and is into this business since last 2 years. Our office is situated at Navi Mumbai having branches at Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Bangalore.

How do you find the acceptance of your products in India?
Since RECKLI is a well known product in the industry for texturing exposed surface of concrete along with economical efficiency and durability, which offers the customers or the architects wide range products, acceptance in the market is extremely good.
 
Tell us about the advantages of formliners and moulds being offered by you.
RECKLI formliners and auxiliary products have attained the status of world leaders for economy and durability. We guarantee 100 re-uses from our formliners and are one stop solution for mould making industry especially in sanitary industry. However, these formliners can also be repaired.

Are these products economically viable in comparison with conventional formliners and moulds?
The economy of using RECKLI formliners are in the number of re-uses, on comparison with other conventional method of texturing concrete no intricate designs are possible in using any other method of formliners and the number or re-uses are less and cannot be repaired.

Do you have enough stock-keeping to cater to the Indian market? How much time is required for bulk delivery?
All materials are manufactured in Germany and supplied directly to the customers; however we also maintain stocks of liquid rubber and auxiliary products in India. The lead time for delivering the material depends on the mode of transport that is either by sea or by air which in case of air will be 15 days and by sea will be 45 days. 

Seeing the increasing demand in Indian market, do you have any plans to manufacture the products locally?
We have provision of making formliners in India but the raw material still needs to come from Germany.

Tell us about your clientele and major projects accomplished.
Our clientele includes architects, builders/developers, govt organisations, mould making industry, GRC industry, and sanitary industry etc

We have lots of projects running in India right now, to mention a few are Navi Mumbai metro project, residential bungalow MD of CCCL Chennai, Butibori project rail bridge in Nagpur of Reliance Infrastructure, residential building MD topland diesels in Rajkot, residential building of Kalpatatru in Mumbai, commercial complex of Mani Group in Kolkata, Eastern Freeway project of Simplex Infrastructure, SEZ compound wall project of Dimant Infrastructure in Nagpur, Aamby Valley project GRC application etc.
