India’s state-run Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) has signed an MoU with Nalco Water India Ltd. (NWIL), a subsidiary of global water treatment major Nalco, to expand business opportunities in the country.
This tie-up will allow the two companies to synergise and integrate their product and service offerings. Both companies share a common network of clients.
The companies has agreed to provide a complete range of total solutions to the clients in the fields of process and water treatment in refinery and petrochemical industries, oil & gas recovery and production, pulp & paper and chemical industries. The MoU was signed by GD Goyal, Director (Commercial), EIL and Alok Bhadra, Managing Director, NWIL, in presence of AK Purwaha, C&MD, EIL and Douglas M. Baker, Jr., CEO, Nalco. The MoU permits EIL to integrate Nalco’s know-how to its strong portfolio, and provides Nalco an extensive opportunity with Indian clients and an enhanced channel to deploy its technologies.

EIL is a total solutions consultancy company and EPC contractor in the fields of petroleum refining, petrochemicals, pipelines, oil & gas, terminal & storages, mining & metallurgy, & infrastructure projects.
