PEB and building panels are all manufactured within plants under controlled manufacturing environment where it is very easy to put in place a fool proof quality control procedure.

With pre-fabrication, cutting and welding /fabrication at site are totally eliminating generation of scrap / off-cut / weld spatter material at construction site. Apart from spectacular speed of implementation, their concepts provide major housekeeping and ecological advantage with zero air pollution. Since all hot work is totally eliminated, safety issues get limited to erection operations only.

In fact, end users as well as the environment are major gainers in adopting PEB and pre insulated sandwich panel concepts. PEB are purpose designed to meet special customer requirement and hence its cost is influenced by specific feature demanded. No standardised cost data would be relevant in this context.
